Trustee
The Trustee is responsible for managing the Scheme effectively and in line with existing pension law and the Scheme rules.
At the same time they must safeguard the interests of members as far as possible.
There are currently 5 Trustee Directors, 2 of whom have been appointed by the members, 2 who are appointed by the Company, and 1 Independent Trustee. Collectively, they form a corporate trustee organisation, Brush Scheme Trustees Limited.
The board of Trustee Directors is supported by a Secretary.
